I loved the hotel overall. We were offered a free room upgrade by Marco, which was so nice, and thank you again for making our stay more comfortable. It was a bit hard to walk to the centre by foot so we used the metro every time we needed it. Everything was good.

Our stay was comfortable and clean. It was nice and quiet. We got fresh towels everyday The metal night tables were a little noisy and cold.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both Milano Centrale and Porta Garibaldi train stations. The nearest metro station, Maciachini, is only about a 2-minute walk away, which made getting around Milan very easy. Milano Centrale is just two metro stops away, while the Duomo is about six stops away. The location is also very convenient if you are planning day trips to Como or Lugano. Depending on the train and your return time, you may arrive back in Milan at either Milano Centrale or Porta Garibaldi. This is particularly useful if you return late in the evening, especially after 11 PM, as having both stations relatively close to the hotel gives you more options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels daily. We didn’t return to the hotel very late at night, so until around 10 PM we usually used the metro. After 10 PM, we preferred taking a taxi or Uber back to the hotel, as we felt this was the safest and most convenient option. We had no issues with noise during our stay and did not have any noisy neighbours. Everything was comfortable and we had a pleasant experience overall.

Nothing. Worst hotel in Milan. DO NOT BOOK. Terrible customer service - front desk staff all unfriendly and unhelpful. Air con is controlled by front desk, despite asking for it to be adjusted several times, it was not, leaving us warm with already high temps outside. Room felt dark and stuffy. uncomfortable beds, flat pillows. No complimentary tea/ coffee. Absolutely NO sound proofing - could hear every sound outside room including from other rooms.
