Loved everything. The breakfast was amazing. The AC was also a gift in the hot summer weather.

The schower cabin has no glass, and when schowering the entier bathroom is wet.Also there is no a single schelf in the bathroom where cosmetics can be stored.

Breakfast and facilities very good Have to walk about 8 minutes from the nearest metro station , which in summer is uncomfortable.

Located in an area with tram and metro accessible with less than 5 min of walk. Going to places in Milan from this location was very easy. Staff was super helpful And friendly. Everything was good

Great location, value, and overall hotel. For those from the US, this is it your large chain hotel. Think of it as a boutique hotel. Small but with character in a true Milanese neighborhood. Rooms were great and although it wasn’t huge, it fit my family of 4 (2 teens) just fine. The back of the room had a walk out patio to a beautiful inner courtyard. The location was amazing, far away from the craziness of the main tourist areas (Duomo) but easily accessible (a 5 min to the subway and a 10 mins subway ride to the Duomo). Only a 12 minute walk to the canal with tons of restaurants and beautiful Milan scene. We also had multiple great restaurants options within 3 minutes walk from the hotel (both a bit more fancy - $110 dinner for 4 and easy but delicious sandwiches and pizza for less then $35 for 4). The breakfast was also very nice. Lots of food options, great coffee, and best of all….free! Nothing

Very clean and close to public transport. Breakfast time needs more staffing. The two ladies were very friendly and efficient but clearly stretching themselves to manage the dining room.

It was disappointing because I checked in the hotel one day later. And despite the fact that the hotel collected the fare for the day that I was not occupying the room, the personnel refused to let me have breakfast after checking in that morning because I had just checked in. The room does not have an in room safe to secure passports.

Everything was to my satisfaction, from the service at the reception to the room and the breakfast. The shower was good with hot water

Showers looked beautiful but the water leaked into the bathroom because of a design flaw.

Hotel is located in a very central area. Easy access to all means of transportation. Found many good restaurants near by. Rooms are new and clean. The breakfast included was amazing. Staff always friendly and ready to help.

A good breakfast was included in the room price and the location was good. You could get easily by tram to the city center. The room was very clean and bathroom large. The beds were too hard and the wall in the shower too small. The whole bathroom was wet after the shower. The hotel was booked full and the breakfast serving was suffering a lot of it every morning. The staff tried their best, but it still was a chaos.

Water in the shower it was not hot enough & not strong pressure.
