Nothing. Everything was extremely bad The hosts, the smell, the extremely dirt. One man sleeping on a coach in the reception area

I liked absolutely nothing The staff is not professional at all, the bathroom is very dirty and the rooms are extremely small to contain 4 persons

The reception was not well trained, unprofessional. All lights in common area was broken because they don’t want you to use it. Same staff come to female dorm at 23:00pm, open the door directly, mandatory told you to sleep and switch off the light without asking, zero privacy.

Nothing We did not stay!! Especially for safety concerns as women. The room did not look as pictured, our beds were used and unclean. There wasn’t a proper room key which was super sketchy. The floors and bathroom were disgusting. The facilities were filthy, I’ve stayed in rough places, this was atrocious.

Nothing It wasn't clean, and we also didn't feel safe in the room. Full of unreliable people!

That place ought to be close simple.

There was no stair to climb the bed, it was hard to access as I had to ask for the keys 2 times and go back and forth with the luggage for the key.

It was super dirty you can’t imagine , all the sheets was dirty and the bed just have one sheet on top, the toilet was broken and dirty and even when I told them I want to change my room they didn’t respond, it isn’t a hostel it’s a old dirty room with bed.

The hostel, even though it wasn’t in the center had a very good and fast connection to the Duomo. The room I was in was clean and the people that were there were very nice. The beds were comfy and the place wasn’t very nosy for what we paid. It was good.

I liked that the shower was super spacious and the bathroom was clean. It was very hot and humid in the room because there were so many of us. The floors were disgusting.

Could use a bit more cleaning and organizing, some of the staff seemed annoyed to be working but that’s understandable. It’s also a bit far, but close to metro and bus station

Staff is unprofessional, bedshit only one, not comfortable bed, toilet is dirty, windows can't open not good smell. The elevator is not available

Easy to find. Just a few blocks away from a Metro station. Dust every corner. I wasn’t able to sleep properly because I have allergy from dust. The Toilet doesn’t have proper ventilation. Zero effort to make the place clean and presentable. Aircon is not working. They said it was broken and will be fixed the next day but when we followed up they said they didn’t have it fixed because the weather is getting cold again. We booked a room with 4 Beds. But we were placed in a room with 6 beds. The room door can’t be locked from the inside. The outlet/socket are not fixed properly on the wall. There’s no locker inside the room. The shower curtain looks like it wasn’t replaced or washed for some time.

The owner is friendly. But the room is not properly ventilated. The location is far from Milano Central. But well-connected, close to the Metro line. The room doesn´t have ventilation (specifically the washroom).

Nothing, everything was just trash If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff treated guests like garbage—rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they acted like we were a burden rather than paying customers. No sense of hospitality whatsoever. The room was filthy, the common areas were neglected, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms—disgusting is an understatement. It felt more like a prison than a hostel. What really ruined it was the attitude of the people running the place. They spoke down to guests, ignored requests, and acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. It’s honestly shocking that a place like this is still in business. Avoid this place at all costs. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone—not even for a single night. Total waste of money and energy.
