nhow Milan is an amazingly designed, modern, and unique hotel. Everything is clean, well organized, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, and the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. One of the highlights for us was the rooftop area – the pool is beautiful and the atmosphere is fantastic, especially after a day of exploring the city. The main downside for us was the location. The hotel is relatively far from the nearest metro

Most things We waited 20 mins for eggs at breakfast, queues at the coffee machine, paper coffee cups

We loved the room and the location. Everything was very clean and the pool area was beautiful. Despite the pool area being very nice, we thought it was pretty ridiculous that they charged 40 euros per person to use a lounge chair. Also the staff came over to tell us (quite rudely) that we weren’t allowed outside food or drinks. We literally only had our water bottles and they said this wasn’t allowed. When you’re paying 350$ per night, I’d expect a little more than this when using the facilities…

Friendly staff, lovely rooms and a nice pool area. Drinks are very expensive at the pool bar and I didn’t like the fact that you could not use any sun loungers without paying €40 for the day! While you did get some drinks included in that price and a fruit platter, I still wasn’t happy not to have known this before booking.
