Location, Room standards and concierge/door staff The roof top restaurants and bars seem to be run by separate companies. On my first visit I had serious food poisoning from the Sushi and on visiting the bar on my second visit, the service is terrible. So much so, we just left and walked out after being ignored for over 40min. Also it is quite common now that hotels make money from corporate hospitality which means that parts of the hotel are not available. If I pay a lot of money for a hotel, I expect to be able to use the facilities and not just when the hotel hasn’t got a corporate event on.

The frendly and polite staff Noisy not confortable at all, the windows are not well prepared for the noises and we didn’t sleep because of the noise of the street. On top of that the spa was completely freezing the pool

Location, exceptional staff This is becoming a common theme when visiting such hotels now. I book this type of hotel because of the varied facilities they offer, like terrace etc. But it is now evident that hotels close off these facilities to guests to corporate events to bring in extra income. I pay for these facilities and expect to be able to have access to these, otherwise what am I paying for. On every occasion of visiting Milan I have had restrictions on accessing the hotel fully and think this is not acceptable. Also the in house restaurants and bars are run by outside companies and the first visit led to serious food poisoning and the second to the bar very poor service.

We had a great time, all the team did everything they could to make our stay memorable. The hotel is also brand new, room has a great space. All the hotel staff is very kind and gentle. We are certainly coming back.

Personal was great, hotel location was nice. Restaurant service definitely has a room for improvement. Italian restaurant was busy one evening because of the event, so slow service was understandable but they still managed. The food was good though. Japanese restaurant definitely needs to be worked on. Was 5 seconds before walking away (after 15-20 min just sitting), cause seems like nobody knew what's going on. Only after the manager stepped in.., the process of food and drink ordering and service was back on a track.

The breakfast was delicious and everything was much better than ordinary hotels. The staff was super polite and very cooperative, all the things were managed very well. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel management assisted in every small help we needed and even fulfilled our additional requests. I was so satisfied with the service and support the hotel has provided us during our stay. There was nothing such that I didn't like about the hotel or the management. Everything was awesome and exceeding my expectations.
