Very nice and clean facility with proximity to shopping area. Very nice and helpful staff They tend to use the card without pre alignment, this is their system.Although i registered my car for parking, they got the plate number, deducted the money, you have to call them to be admitted to the parking, yet I found a paper saying that whose car is this, we need to know!!!!!!!. This was crazy

The room was very spacious and clean, and even though the location is very central, the room was very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied. The wifi was atrocious - very slow and didn't reach our room very well. We also would have loved to see a coffee machine instead of ordering coffee at breakfast.

I loved how modern the hotel was and it was soo clean and comfortable to be in and the welcoming staff were so friendly and helpful specially Brigitte and Bernadeth they would answer any questions happily and talked about the places we should visit Nothing every thing was as good as expected

The location is great. Room was comfortable and quiet. The staff at the reception was amazing, especially Meggy. They were short staffed on cleaning personnel so our room was not clean for 4 days. The sign for cleaning request and Do not disturb are almost the same. So it seems that the staff confuses them
