Very nice stay overall

Breakfast is not good

Nice location , clean, helpful staff

Location only Our room was facing the lagoon and the exterior door was locked after being told where to park and enter. There were sandbags and mud in our patio. The phone didn’t work. My husband had to stand in line for 15-20 min to request a new room with two queen beds. The only room they could give us was one queen bed in a handicapped person room.

Overall I really enjoyed staying here. Really nice place. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they had issues with their water supply and had no running water for a day. The communication about this could have been better regarding the issue.

We checked in and we didn’t have any water all night When I was checking out they said we will get refund or some kind of compensation never got anything very disappointing

Location is fantastic, beautiful trail through the marshlands right outside the front door, cozy sleep, beautifully well kept grounds, staff was very kind The water pressure in the shower was super, super low. maybe it was just my unit, but worth an ask.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I left a blouse in the room and called three times to check if it was found. Every time I was told housekeeping would check and I would get a call back and every time no one called back. I finally gave up!

Location, breakfast, pool/spa area were all fantastic. Staff were all friendly and super helpful.

The breakfast options are really good. The cleaning service is good also. The pool is like a nice home pool. Also there was a way to get into my daughter’s room from the out side in the first floor without a card. You can even get coffee any time after breakfast. It’s also next to a really nice pond.

All of the staff were attentive and helpful with anything we needed. We loved that we could drop off our luggage before check-in so we didn't have to take it into San Francisco with us.

The room was modern and breakfast great. Staff was great. Driving up looked a bit dated. Hallways dated but room was great.

Great location, city accessible and Sausalito a hidden gem. Hotel was good and well ran. Plenty of parking, food and drink support good plus breakfast was good. Room advertised as poolside - impossible, pool had a 6ft tall wall around it. Don't pay extra for this!
