Modern well appointed and location, location LOCATION !!! VERY CLOSE to Mills Valley's Fabulous !! Good Earth Natural Food Market with a section that prepares an array of DELICIOUS and HEALTHY meals.

Not a lot It’s squalor

Comfortable bed Very low end property. Certainly not worth the price paid.

No breakfast available The beds were very short. The bathrooms and shower were Outdated

We did have a clean room with a nice high ceiling on the second floor. You can hear the free way traffic but it is not a bother. Nice walking path behind on a little tidal area. Not walkable to shops/dining and breakfast (packaged pastry) ran out before we got there. Fine for a one night.

Location and price. It's nothing special, but there are not a lot of reasonable options in the area.

Very attentive front desk staff (Jeff). Accommodated special request for a third sleeping facility (open-up futon couch), and a larger small fridge. The toilet mechanism stuck, so it wouldn't flush until Jeff showed me how to dislodge the stuck mechanism. (I had to dislodge it several times during my stay.). The lights in the main bedroom didn't work. Jeff said that there was a wire somewhere that might have been unplugged, but I couldn't readily find it.

The room was clean and the location close to what we needed. It was quiet and served it's purpose. Breakfast pastries were mentioned but limited supply and one kind. Don't count on breakfast here, free coffee better than nothing. Easy, free parking.
