Doryssa Coast Apartments

First floor of the waterfront property is below the ground level for some reason and you are not having the sea view from your windows. No problem though - sea is just 20 meters away

Everyone is super friendly, the place is beachfront and location is very close to phytogorian city center Our room had ant problems on the sink and even if we washed and used bug sprays they kept coming. Our room's coffee machine had a missing part and we told them to replace it but they didnt.

The only thing we liked is the beach. Management is terrible..... we were literally reallocated/downgraded to a completely other hotel 2 days before arrival... too a busy all-inclusive resort where our downgrade was to a 21m2 hotel room at Dorysa Seaside Resort from a 51m2 garden apartment at dorysa coast apartments (original booking)... and THEN we were asked to pay an extra 230 euros a night for a move we didnt' even ask for... which is nuts because the Dorysa Seaside Resort is full of these all-inclusive Tui holiday groups who pay rock bottom rates and the hotel seems to balance this out by charging sky-high for independent stays all masked by a 5 star rating really they only operate like a weak 4 star hotel..... all because the original hotel we booked had an issue with the roof at the apartment at dorysa coast apartments (not our fault). It was an actual disaster and the management handled it so poorly, ruining our trip. They made us feel like it was our fault, one of the comments the manager gave us was "it's a 5 star hotel, you can't expect to have the same price as the original hotel you booked".

The rooms are quite large, very silent around. Very suitable for families with children. Close to center. No curtain at shower No key at bathroom and bedroom doors.

The hotel's location is excellent. You can directly access the sea from in front of your room, and there are sunbeds and umbrellas available. Additionally, you can get food and drinks at reasonable prices from the hotel's bar on the beach. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. I can't wait to come back again. It would be nice to have a shower curtain or something to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. Water on the bathroom floor after a shower can be a problem for cleanliness and safety.

Everything is good , the room is well designed They don’t have changing cabin on the beach and They don’t have an option for breakfast for who wants to have only coffee and croissant , as I understood the only option was to take full breakfast which was too much for us

It is nice place for families and near to the beach Lots of ants, flies, grasshopers.. maybe the reason of that it was garden room. Even small foods fall down in room or balcony after some minutes lots of ants… Pool was dirty

Property set a long way out of Pythagoria and a way from The Doryysa Hotel. However, accepting this (and you probably need a car) then the location is ideal if you want ‘away from it all’ and easy access to a pretty quiet beach. The airport runway is about 200 metres behind the complex but we were really bothered by that. There’s s swimming pool on the small complex. Reception is not 24hrs. The apartment was delightful, spacious, beautifully designed, minimalist in the Cycladic style, with a small kitchen , very comfortable large double bed, TV and AC in the living area and in the bedroom. It’s pretty close to being ‘boutique’. It was 2 minutes from the beach with free sun loungers. There is a beach bar serving drinks and food which is open until 17.00. Sophia and Samantha are excellent. You could easily self cater or you can walk to a few local restaurants ( Casa Cook being the most flash and Poros beach taverna being excellent to dine as the day becomes dusk) or you taxi into Pythagoria or Ireon. Basically it’s quality. Nothing but if I were being really picky the water pressure was often weak, hot water took some time and the kitchen utensils could do with a few more things.

The place is simply lovely, the apartments that overlook the sea, spacious, comfortable, very clean and equipped with a coffee machine, cutlery, kettle, microwave and fridge. Next to the garden apartments on the inner line, there is a large pool Sofia, who is at the beach bar, is so charming and helps with everything you need. Puppie, who is responsible for cleaning, made sure everything remained clean and even made us a cute elephant towel to make us smile :). Anastasia who manages the apartments helped with everything we needed and also was very pleasant and helpful. The beach is lovely, quiet and calm and the beds are very comfortable. An excellent place for those looking to relax and see the stars at night. you might need a car if you want to go to the close Pythagoreio town for tavernas and shops....
