The actual room was clean but the hallways had a horrible musty odor. Valet parking attendants were not the most pleasant.

Parking was not great as they only gave valet. While you can self park and not use this service, it’s inconvenient if you are wanting to use your car throughout the day

The rooms are great, but we did not have a pillow case on our roll out couch bedding OR a blanket. Also the air conditioner/heater buttons are so worn that they cannot be moved up or down. The parking is a little weird, but I am not going to complain about it as I am still able to walk to and from it...but I cannot imagine what those that havemobility issues would do. But the place is very nice and I would stay again.

I did like how close it was to summerfest grounds. On arrival we came to the unload area and myself and kids came in to check in. We were put on the 4th floor where we found a multi tool kit wedged in the door as well as a dust mop and a chemical spray in the door way. The room reeked of paint. So I went back to the office where there was only one guy helping all the guest check in. He did move me immediately to the ground floor but. Pearly had no idea what was going on in the hotel rooms. The ONE functioning elevator took forever, making the room change an even longer process. We went to our event late and came back even later and had pizza delivered. Next morning we were woke up by a housekeeper banging on the door asking if we were checking out or staying. I told her we were checking out at a 11, she repeated back and walked away….. the beds were hard and the pillows were so thin and honestly the room could of been cleaned. Honestly will be trying a different hotel when we come back to Milwaukee.

The breakfast offering was exceptional, and the eggs were prepared to perfection. It would have been helpful to receive clearer information regarding complimentary amenities versus items available for purchase.
