Room was clean, doors are very loud. The no coffee thing was poopy. If you’re in a pinch, go next door to the Fairfield, they’ve got it all. We asked for more coffee in the room and it wasn’t delivered. But, I’d stay again due the proximity to the target field

Hotel staff member was not helpful or kind at check in. Amenities, bar, food, all extremely sub par. Very disappointing for a “4 star hotel”.

Check-in was easy. I like that your room card is needed to activate the elevator. That felt safe. The room was awesome! It was beautiful and clean. I didn't understand the necessity of the metal plate in the shower. It sounded like a kid hitting a spoon on a pot. I was confused with knowing where to park. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The shower in room 202 needs to be fixed as it’s not functioning well for the top shower head. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was not very clean, there was hair in the shower and on couches. Also flower petals left behind from previous guests..

This place was prefect. Walking distance to the Twins stadium. Rooms were clean. It was great.

Hallways smelled like poop. Not a lot of channel options. Front desk gave a new person checking in my friends room. No free breakfast. You have to pay to park, which is B.S.

Overall great stay, bed was comfortable shower was hot. Loved the bar in the lobby, will definitely stay here if I'm ever in the area again.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. We attended an event at the Target Center which was only 3 blocks away. Very conveniently next to everything. I would stay here again

Everyone was great but no free downstairs coffee made me sad.

This is a nice place to stay if you're coming to Minneapolis for an event downtown. Clean, reasonable, easy parking.
