I was only there for 2 days so I didn’t get see how well they actually clean the rooms. But upon My arrival, the room assigned to me was beyond clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful there. They got me accommodated quickly and into my room in a jiffy. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, I went to this beautiful breakfast bar down town called Hope Breakfast Bar (that place was amazing). Parking was not a hassle at all and you don’t have to pay for parking here unlike all the places downtown. 9. 5 out of 10 stars and I would highly recommend staying here than anywhere downtown when visiting for events. Pricing was accommodating and beyond my belief.

I called to say my ex boyfriend was being abusive and would like all hotel keys disabled they disabled it and then allowed him, Kamisha Johnson and 4 other girls come upstairs and attack me. When I asked if I could have the hotel footage the manager said that’s something the police would have to ask for and “she’s sorry but she can’t control my ex” the hotel staff watched it happen and didn’t call the police. Even the police said they were liable. Don’t ever stay at a hotel that doesn’t protect its guest and saftey.

It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! They also offer Starbucks with Very Limited options.(No Cortado, no specialty drinks). We had issues with the room too. A handicap option was the furthest away from the elevator, the safety bars were loose and not sturdy metal, there was a soiled bandaid stuck to the carpet in the room, the sheets had a dirty piece of scotch tape on them (I didn't look to see If it covered a hole), the room was so cluttered with furniture that the door couldn't open wide and it was a trip hazard. Our view was another hotel 12 feet away. And there were 2 bottles of water in the room with $6 each price tags on them. Oh and the website shows a water bottle refill machine, but the only one I found was in the back corner of the weight room.

The staff was helpful & pleasant to deal with!

Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable.

Although not a top tier hotel, it was clean.

on website it says hot tub, there is no hot tub. was told I could have a room with view of the airport but 3rd floor doesn't see the airport too many buildings in the way.

Room was spotless. Everyone was helpful. I didn't enjoy being woken up by the fire alarm, but I am grateful I was.

We were not able to stay in the hotel we booked. They overbooked rooms and had to move us to their connected Courtyard hotel. They put us in a room different from what we booked, but did move us to a room with a king-sized bed when requested. The room itself had an odd configuration,
