Our rooms were mixed up and two of our party were booked in the same room. Ultimately neither party ended up with that room.

Room had smelly pillows and blankets,very few towels and didn’t do a refresh,totally disappointed and would never stay there again!

Everything, especially compared to two other facilities in the same area that I have stayed at multiple times; namely Holiday Inn Express and Spring Hill Suites. No breakfast included, only an expensive Starbucks.

Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good

Everything was perfect!

I’ve stayed here approximately 6 to 8 times in the last few years and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is always helpful and super friendly, the rooms are very clean and updated, and it’s a great location.

The staff were so friendly, nice and helpful! Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. The restaurant, Kips, was delicious and the staff was very attentive and nice too. Will definitely stay again.

Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again.

We stayed in the newly built Courtyard and it was everything we needed and more. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults to be comfortable within the space. We were offered a room with a bathtub, which is very rare in hotels theses days, and the tub was a great amenity that added to our relaxing experience.

Heat was not working in room. Was charged twice at check in

Showers were the best I have ever had in an hotel. Room was clean. Left behind my coat and thought for sure it would "not be found" but they had it and I was able to send someone to pic it up. Hotel restaurant food was poor and expensive. A can of pop in the lobby was very expensive. Wish it offered free coffee and creamer.
