Clean, fresh, safe. Enjoyed my stay.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. We were put on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working, the fridge in our room wasn't working and when I asked the desk about them, the only answer I received was "we are under constructin". It was a waste of $200 for one night. Very disappointed.

Nothing negative to say. A beautiful experience

Our stay was great! The fresh baked cookies in the lobby area is such a nice touch for your guests. Omar is an exceptional staff member and was so very helpful to us, making our stay pleasant.

Considering all of the road construction in the area, property was easy to get to and around. Close to shopping, dining, outdoor parks for walking, and downtown area for sightseeing,

Facility was clean and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

- Breakfast was better than average. The menu was limited, but the food was good. - Free parking and electric charging station( I drive a Tesla Y). - It was nice to dip into the indoor swimming pool and relax in the whirlpool after finishing your task for the day.
-
Our shower- when used - the shower curtain did not prevent the floor from becoming soaked.

Reservations had us in two rooms even thought one room was cancelled in March. Was charged for two rooms so not happy about that. I had even called the billing department 3 weeks ago and was told I would only have to pay for one room. I am out the $177 charged for second room that was cancelled in March.

Location to our family When we checked in the woman at the counter told us they had been trying to call us on several occasions to let us know they did not have the 2 queen suite we had paid for available bc of remodeling. We had stayed at this hotel previously just bc of the large space so our granddaughters 5 & 3 would have room to play while staying with us. I never had any missed calls or messages from Hampton Inn or Hilton, so I’m not sure who they were calling. We were told we would have to settle on a 2 queen room 1/2 the size. She offered a second room but that didn’t solve our needs due to it being on a different floor and we could only have it for one night bc they were booked for the other 3 nights totally. Which had to be a lie bc we never saw more that 20 cars in the parking lot at any given time. She offered to cancel the 4 day stay and a refund but what would we do for a room at 9:00 at night. She also said she would put 10,000 points on our Hilton Honors account (but never did) for the inconvenience. We ask for a partial refund for the cost difference but were told that won’t be possible. Our room was directly over the lobby and we had to listen to the music system all night long. My husband ask the counter person around 11 pm if he could turn it down or off but was told that was not possible, so we did not get very much rest. We come a few times a year to visit our son & family but we will differently be staying somewhere else. They were not very accommodating at all. We also ask to have our room cleaned after 3 days with no service but never was cleaned. Everyday we had to ask for more towels and had a pile of about 25 in the bathroom when we left. Terrible service. Didn’t care how inconvenient it was for us.

They are in the midst of redoing the decor, and the floor we were on was missing wallpaper, etc--our room was fine, but the hallway had not be remodeled yet. We arrived late, so the remaining rooms might have been on the floors not yet remodeled. At any rate, it was safe and quiet.

I used the gym it was well kept. It felt small but I was able to use what I wanted.
