The staff went above and beyond to make sure our tours were scheduled appropriately, we had dinner reservations and they accommodated our travel plans. The location was perfect to walk the area. We will definitely use a Belmond Hotel again!

Breakfast offers an ample variety of items. High service level from all hotel staff. The oven view room is absolutely stunning, particularly in the sunset hours.

Everything the Belmond offered, was more than perfect. The staff treated us like family. The food was exceptional. The rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully designed. This hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in. Only to be tied with a hotel in Venice, Italy.

Great location and very spacious rooms. The tours of Lima (Old and modern Lima + Barranco) that we booked through the hotel were great. The transfers from the hotel to the airport worked really well. Although the hotel is probably the best in Lima, many things could/ should be improved. 1) The service at Tragaluz was very slow, even with the restaurant being quite empty. 2) During breakfast, the service was slow and they always missed/ forgot something from the order. 3) The rest of the group traveling with us received a fruit basket on arrival with a note, but we didn’t. 4) Last, the concierge service is messy (e.g. not booking the restaurants for you, sending a recap without the tours, confirming only half of the information like not putting the number of people in a reservation, putting one price in their PDF and then another in the confirmation, etc.)

Best location in Lima town. Safe place in a beautiful park with ocean views. The taxi organized by the hotel tried to sign me a paper with no price indication on it.
