Great rooms great location ! Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. All good.

Room size, view & location. Beautiful sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers very glad it was open in late April The bed was very hard & the pillows like rocks. The mattress protector was cheap & noisy. No kettle in room ( coffee machine).

Great location with a small beach across the road and the centro storico, tourist sights, restaurants etc a 10 min walk away. Lovely modern clean well decorated comfortable rooms. The rooftop terrace was closed as it was out of season - opens in May. Breakfast is in a bar across the road. Claudio was very helpful and there was secure parking 30m away.

Stunning location, beautiful rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and views of the Adriatic Sea. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Host Claudio and his wife are very friendly and helpful, and they do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Nearby to the historic city centre , walking distance, good ambiance great food. All together a great stay! We will be back! N/A

Friendly staff, helpful with helping us with luggage, the room was comfortable. The beach was close. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from area where tourists are at night so our side was really quiet.

Great location. Easy walk to town. Availability of a secure parking spot was also a big plus.

The staff were all so lovely, warm and welcoming. From the front desk to the house keepers all were so kind and welcoming.

Location (literally at the beach and walking distance from the old town). Balcony and sea view. Very fast wifi. Style of the room, light colours. The only thing that comes to my mind: For me the bed and pillow were a bit too hard, but those are of course matters of taste.

Delightful hosts ,super helpful regarding things to see and do,plus places to eat. Organized secure parking . Breakfast on our own terrace overlooking the sea was just perfect. Room super clean.The illuminated in room spa tub was unique. Easy walking to major tourist attractions and activities. Lovely little swimming beach directly across the road.

Fantastic location, a short walk along the sea to Monopoli old town. Lovely clean and modern room. Hosts were lovely and polite and it was nice to have breakfast on our balcony terrace overlooking the beach. Tea & coffee making facilities would have been good. Hosts were lovely but it would have helped if we had some written instructions (in English) to use spa bath & air conditioning. We had a few issues using them, though everything worked properly.

The welcome we got was wonderful the room was lovely and breakfast was fine.
