Location, room space and breakfast The AC did not work so good, when brought up with staff they were not helpful. The place is clean and well kept but the attitude of both staff members left a lot to be desired.

This hotel in Monopoli truly exceeded our expectations! We only stayed for one night, but it was such a pleasant experience. I especially want to mention the lovely young lady at the reception, who also served breakfast in the morning. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome. If we come back to Monopoli, we will definitely choose this hotel again and stay longer!

The apartments are near the kitchen. If you like to sleep in the morning it is not possible in the period from 7.30 AM to 10.30AM it is so loud.

The location is good, very close to nice beach and short distance to the historic centre. Kind personal and good communication. Too small shower cabin. My room was exposed to a noisy street and only high pillows (better to have and lower ones).

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was good, It's a bit of a walk from the train station

The location was nice Breakfast was a joke, there was barely anything. The staff always took the food out late, which was uncomfortable since we had plans for the days ahead. Staff was not friendly, even paying was not easy since they had issues without the boss. In the end we didn’t receive the bill, just a piece of paper stating we paid.

Modern, small hotel, the room was cozy, perfect location near the center with parking lots around. You need to agree on your arrival time to check-in. The breakfast was basic.

Good size room and a great breakfast. The staff were very helpful with our inquiries. Possibly not central enough to the old town but this was not a fault

The room was nice, one of the staff was lovely, breakfast was normal for Italian breakfast! There was AC in the room and black out shutters. Our GPS didn’t take us to the good place and when we asked for help by sending the location all we got is an: you are really closed. Took us 20 minutes to find it. place a bit far from the station.

Location Breakfast Windowed bathroom They requested a cash payment claiming that their electronic payment equipment was out of order (for several days). This inconvenienced me as a guest, as I had to go out and find an ATM (neither bank transfers nor payments via booking.com were welcome as alternatives).

The staff were very welcoming, the room was super clean and the bed is very comfortable the B&B is a few minutes walk away from the square and restaurants and beautiful sea area
