Location was the most important for me. Is a phenomenal location and you can walk everywhere extremely close to the beach and all the restaurants and historic center yet very private and a small walk from the main point, which is great because you are not in the middle of it but extremely close . Bed and pillows could’ve been a little more comfortable

Loved the unique maritime aesthetic all around the property. The location was great, just a few meters from the beach. Breakfast is more than sufficient. Excellent coffee. The room could be more well-equipped. We were in Monopoli for a wedding and needed an iron for our clothes but the property didn't have one. The nights can be a bit noisy from the apartments in the next building and even next door.

Trainstation was about 15-20min walk and we can really recommend to go to Polignano a Mare (1 stop with the train). Nothing!

Perfect location. 10min from Old town and only a couple of steps from the beach. Good Restaurants and bistros also available with short walk. The room was a bigger than the average and really clean. Quiet despite the central location. You always can find a parking place near to the property. The walls were thin we could hear the TV and talking in the next room. The breakfast was a bit embarrassing. The host wouldn't let me touch anything. What I chose, he gave me. It was awkward to ask for tastings and have to keep explaining the portion. We didn't get fresh bakery products on the last day. The cleaning time was strict. No flexibility.

Very clean and nautical motif was fun for the beach. Paolo was friendly, warm and informative. It was within walking distance to the old tow, a public beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The area was safe and easy to find parking. The breakfast was delightful and there were many Puglia treats. Nothing

Excellent location, close to beaches and the old town. Helpful and responsive host. Flexible check in and nice breakfast. Internal doors to other rooms are very noisy, occasionally woken up by other guests moving around.

Paulo and his dad were excellent host. Location is excellent.

We liked how hospitable Paolo was as a host. He answered questions and gave recommendations. He was also very accomdating when we had to cut our stay a day short.

The hotel was in the perfect location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Monopoli that we were able to have a quiet morning and peaceful sleep. The breakfast was always provided by Paolo, and he gave us plenty of options between having a sweet or savory breakfast along with a freshly ground cup of coffee. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bathroom wasn't ventilated, so whenever you shower in the bathroom, the room will stay muggy. Additionally, although the hotel did provide air conditioning, it's not as strong as anything in the States, so keep that in mind. It was enough to keep the room from being stifling, but it ended there. We luckily had a fan that we used to push the air conditioning in our direction, so it kept us cool throughout the night. The pros of staying here heavily outweighed any of these minor inconveniences, and we would gladly stay here again!

The location was fantastic. Steps from the beach and edge of the old town, but very quiet and cosy. The accommodations were clean and elegant with a nautical theme . There was always ample free parking in the quiet street in front. Breakfasts were offered in both Italian and savoury styles, and Paolo the informative and friendly host was an excellent barista! The only thing we missed was no communal lounge or living space for the guests to relax outside of their room.

It was very clean, close to all amenities. Safe surroundings -

It is very close to beaches as well as to the old city. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, the owner was nice and even spoke english (not very usual in Salento from my experience). You can park your car on the street for free. We would appreciate some glasses, plates, etc. There were none, which was a bit difficult when we bought some food or if you want to enjoy a glass of wine/beer in your room.

Very spacious room, helpful host, very clean, perfect location. Breakfast is served to you ready plated rather than help yourself.

The location was perfect, 2 minutes from B&B and you can reach the public beach. The breakfast was really good, all the deserts were freshly baked. Owners of B&B were so friendly and helpful that it was a big pleasure to stay at B&B. For this reasons we are sure that we will come back next year to Monopoli and to B&B. Everything was perfect.

The rooms looked very new, all the facilities were very nice and clean. The breakfast was good we had a choice of a more savoury breakfast, ham and cheese etc or the Italian breakfast with cakes etc, we tried both, both good. Free Parking on the street in front of the hotel, 10 minutes walk into town. Good local restaurant and bar overlooking the beach nearby. Good value for money Nothing
