The pillows are a bit hard. Luckily that didn't impact our sleep.

Is excellent located, very clean and pretty. The host helped us to know where was everything located and was very friendly.

Allo Zefiro was a cute little spot with a fantastic location from which to explore the old city. Elisa was a great host and we had a wonderful stay in Monopoli.

The location is excellent, could not have been better. Elisa was very knowledgable about the local area and where to go, restaurants etc., very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, a lot of thought had obviously gone into it, very clean. Pillows were super comfy. This is just personal preference and doesn't detract from the room at all. We booked just over a week before we arrived so we took the last room and to be honest I would not have changed where we were at all, it was so nice. The only negative for me was that there are really no usable windows in the room. There is one small window and a full length which open onto the little walkway so it isn't really possible to have them open, people walking past, it would be so nice if you could. So we found that they had to be closed and the light on during the day, not that we were there much in the day. I do like to have an opening window and I know that at least one bedroom upstairs has this so if we went back to Monopoli we would make sure that we booked well in advance to have one of those, but having said that it wouldn't stop me from booking if one was not available, just my preference.

Amazing stay everything was just lovely..so close to all the sights. Room was beautiful and host so warm and friendly...perfect would return anytime ...Best coffee too. Thank you so much we had the best time. Nothing..everything was great

We had a very lovely stay at Allo Zefiro thanks to Elisa, who was the perfect host. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Monopoli, near the beach and restaurants. We received so many recommendations from Elisa about where to go. The room was super nice and cozy, and Elisa was always very helpful when we needed something. Highly recommend this B&B.

Elisa could not have been a better host. She was warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location in the old town was unbelievable. Would highly recommend. There was nothing we didn't like.

Communication, nice and clean room

Renovated building in the old town. Very pleasant accommodation. Excellent Location. Added authentic feel to trip. Host friendly and helpful before and during our stay with recommendations and travel. Housekeeper cheery happy friendly. Rooms immaculate. Toiletries and tea coffee given. Roof terrace for breakfast and evening drink. Drying facilities on roof terrace. Cost good. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like based on our decision on booking. Nothing that let us down based on the information given about accommodation.

Amazing location, great breakfast on the rooftop, the room is very new and comfortable, nice design. Great price. Very quick room cleaning. Elisa is very helpful with suggestions and is very communicative and makes sure you have a great time in and around Monopoli. Book the upper floor rooms if possible. The entrance room gets all the sound from the outside (even if not too busy street). Also there is no sunlight in the room.

The location was perfect with clean and modern rooms. Felt safe and secure. The host was very helpful, but it was such a shame about not having a kettle and cups or glasses in our room. There was no breakfast option, even though on booking.com it did look like we could order breakfast as the pictures also suggested this it was clearly not correct. No drinks facilities in the room. Couldn't use the room terrace after a certain time of night in which we would of liked to sit outside together and had a chat.

We had a wonderful time at Alla Zefiro. Everything was great: good location, very clean, perfect size room, very good breakfast on rooftop ? Elisa was a great host, gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities.
