Stingy with coffee and prefab breakfast

Great location Steep stairs and tight to access with luggage.

Good location to nightlife and activities. The property had steep, narrow stairs that were difficult to navigate with luggage. . The room was small.

Clean and close to everything. The staff was super helpful with helping us set up tours as well as recommending good places to eat.

Excellent location, historical center, tiny street, tiny house, tiny entrance. There is genus loci in accommodation. Very good room, fully equiped. We had everything we needed. Good communication with owner - he advised parking location in advance, sent codes, etc. Nothing to complain about.

It was small but quite charming. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. I was on the top floor and had to climb 40 steep narrow steps to my room with luggage. Very challenging for a senior. In addition I was told how to access my luggage stored in a safe place before I left Monopoli but when I tried no one answered the door after long tries. I was saved by a similar renter also trying to gain entry who was booked to taxi it to Bahri. Fortunately the taxi driver was the only one to access the entry key when he arrived. Had he not been booked I would not have retrieved my luggage before departure. Very annoying and spoiled a lovely stay there.

nothing 3rd floor didn't suit me bad knee. Door locked morning I had to leave no staff with key to open it. nearly missed my flight because of that.

Great apartment in old Town. Breakfast voucher was missing. Parking was difficult to find however clear instructions were provided

Vibrant nightlife. Maurizio is so hospitable and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed (at any time of the day) and offered a taxi service to the beach. He made our stay fantastic. We left an electronic in the room and he met up with us days later to return it to us. Monopoli is a gem and so is Casa Nave. We’d love to come back!

Good location. First of all, smells like a damp. Also, I was looking for places with free parking - there were a few splots, but 3-5 minutes away and you have to be lucky for them to be empty. The couch as a bed takes most of the space, makes it hard to move around. Noticable spiderwebs.

- Great location right in the historical center - Very clean - Complimentary croissant and juice plus coupon for breakfast at a nearby coffee shop - Easy communication, easy check in To get to the room you need to climb steep and small stairs which it should be get into consideration if you have health problems or small kids. We have a small dog and we carried her up on our hug but it was challenging to bring all the luggage. Better booking a room closer to the main door.

Great location, close to everything in old town. Very comfortable and clean. It is up a steep flight of stairs which I was aware of so this did not bother me. Air conditioning in the room was amazing and check in and check out was very easy and independent.
