Excellent location, close to city center, very quiet and well organized . Francesco was the nicest host, breakfast with local specialties, very friendly reception and attention to details. We felt at home, really, really special!!!!

Francesco and his family were warm and welcoming, and spoiled us with the best breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed the balcony and quiet location after various day trips. We would definitely stay at Rizzi Marianna again! Nothing

The B&B was easy to find and the parking/location was really practical to explore around Monopoly by car. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts too. Our double room was a little small but we made it work, especially that the room has a large covered balcony and we used it to store our luggages. I would recommend this place 100%.

The breakfast was something else, the hosts really go the extra mile to serve you local italian delights changing the menu everyday and surprising us. They were amazing hosts, this place is highly recommended for your next visit to Monopoly. No need to worry about parking, there is place right in front of the house.

Super friendly and helpful family that runs this B&B, we really felt at home and got great recommendations for places to eat nearby. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, like a hair dryer, towels and refreshments in the day we arrived. Always able to find parking right outside, which is very convenient. Very good breakfast, every day slightly different. Nothing! It's a great no frills b&b Just note: walk is 10-15 min into the city center/beach. Not a problem for us, but something to be aware of

If you want to feel at home in Monopoli, this apartment is perfect. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, the breakfasts are homemade and super delicious. Maybe the double room isn't very big, but it is clean, new and it comes with a spacious terrace. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center. -

Highly recommended stay in Monopoli. Everything was outstanding: breakfast, service, facilities and the hosts. We were helped with a late check-in which was very appreciated; another advantage of the place is the parking in front of the building and the fact everything is at walkable distance from the location. Grateful to Francesco and to his family and would come back anytime to this property. Nothing to add in this section.

Friendly and lovely vibe. Breakfast was exceptional! Local and homemade food. Room was very clean. The property is near the city center. Very very nice people who work there.
