The owners were so friendly and welcoming! We got a room upgrade and roses with a sweet note because we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They only speak Italian, which makes the experience that much more authentic. They also made an amazing breakfast with fresh, local ingredients! And the location was perfect - only 5 minutes away from the Cascate del Mulino (which I would recommend visiting at 6am to beat the crowds).

The owners were very accommodating for our late arrival. Although our dinner reservation was lost in a change of dates, we were offered pie as compensation which was a nice gesture. The place is serene and quiet with the sounds of birds abounding everywhere.The terrace rooms were nice and the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the painted ceiling. Parking was available but challenging. We did not enjoy the restaurant.

Cosy stylish country house, quite close to the thermal park and spas (less than 10 min by car). They have a good restaurant and breakfast, you can taste the effort they put in their food ! Surrounded by nature, I can definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Saturnia area. If you don't stay there at least have dinner at their restaurant! Not so easy to access the restaurant from the rooms during the night. You have to go out of the house and walk in the dark. Also walls are a bit thin since it is a country house, so can be a bit noisy depending on the neighbours. But nothing that ruined my stay, I have managed to sleep well.

Farm/country like. Very nice couple running it. Rooms are ample and balcony so nice. Restaurant next door is in a perfect setting and the food was very good. Close to the Saturnia thermal falls, which is why we chose it. The property outside could use a little TLC.

The room was large, even by European standards. We had room to move and not bump into walls and furniture. There is a restaurant next door that has a truly traditional Italian dinner which was delicious and fascinating to see and eat. The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. We do not speak Italian but we did not feel remotely misunderstood or unable to communicate; they were charming and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I wish that we had been able to try the omelette that was offered but we filled up on the pastry, fruit, salami, cheese, and yogurt so were too stuffed for more. And as a person with food allergies I loved being able to eat all that was offered. A truly exceptional stay and would choose again in a heartbeat.

We arrived to this place right on sunset time. The beauty of the property, the friendly service team, the wonderful food had brought us one of the best experiences in Tuscany - Zen. Make sure you don't miss out their terrace resturant for a romantic and relaxed wine and dinner experience if you would be arriving around dinner serving time. The local cook, wine and food were not just wonderful there, but it will make you an immediate connection to the deep local culture. Above of all, the owner-family-team would make you (even you don't speak Italian) feels home and great hospitality standard. Highly recommended for the car traveler, stopby lunch or dinner, or stay for a week to feel the true Tuscany. The landscape around hotel and ancient hilltop villages in the region are fascinating.
