Breakfast was minimal. Location was super. The shower in the bathroom was tiny; no ledge to put soap or shampoo.

I liked that we were accommodated for our early luggage drop off and get some water to drink for our busy day. Our luggage was brought to the room for us when it was ready for check in. We left early so we didn’t get to try the breakfast unfortunately. It was difficult to get to. You would have needed to figure out the bus schedule. We walked up and down the steep hill with our luggage to catch the bus. The fridge didn’t work and since we left before breakfast we had gotten sandwiches.

The location is great - right next to the main square. The apartment itself is also ok for a short stay in Montepulciano; also has a small freezer, which was very convenient. The hosts are also very friendly and polite - no iron, unfortunately, even at the reception - the heating option of the air conditioner wasn't working - it was just blowing out the cold air

The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious We love everything

Location was excellent if you don't mind walking to everything. Fabulous restaurant just up the street at the corner of the park. Pleasant staff that spoke English and even and elevator (small) to our room on the second floor. Bathroom was clean and all the fixtures functioned as they should. A big central square with medievial buildings and the obligatory church on it just short walk away with a nice park at the top of the city maybe 100 yards in the other direction. Bathroom was small--typical for some of these old stone buildings which have been converted to hotels over the years. The elevator to the upper floor(s) was tiny but left one in a hallway which had two more short flights of stairs yet to climb with our heavy suitcases. The website said "Parking" but it turns out that was in a pay lot shared with other small hotels and the general public that was several blocks if not more, away. And then you had a long walk uphill to get back to the hotel. You could park on the narrow street outside the front door but only to unload your stuff. And since it was a one way street you had to negotiate many narrow roadways down the mountain to get to anything else in the city.

The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the main piazza and the duomo (as the name says). The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine, typical Italian breakfast with cornetti, coffee. The beds were pretty flimsy and they jiggled/shoot whenever you turn over.

Location The room is so small and the shower even smaller.
-
Location Difficult to find parking was too far away from the hotel directions to parking lot or to the hotel were not good. Shower was extremely small.

Almost everything. Parking was too distant. The shower was cramped and had no shelf to hold soap, etc.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right in the center of Montepulciano. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very quaint and had a nice view of the town. There was free parking available, with a short, but steep walk back up to the main center. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious. The shower was a bit small but lots of hot water.

Expansive hotel within the city walls at the very top of Montepulciano. Clean room, no frills but everything needed. Breakfast option was welcome as it would likely be a significant walk to find an alternative in the morning. Close to the village square.

Location is amazing and the hotel is easy to find once you’re there. Parking is also included which is a huge plus. We booked a standard room and I have honestly never stayed in a room so grim (on both sides, we slept with our neighbours toilet flushing all night - paper thin walls!) we asked to change which the hotel did and the room was so much better, it made no sense to me as the hotel was basically empty - our whole experience would have been so much more enjoyable had we not stayed in that particular room the first night. Overall good hotel

Was great positioning in the town - right in the centre. Check in was also very easy Unfortunately was quite loud and fans in there room were tiny so didn’t have the best sleep. Bathrooms also quite small.

Great hotel right in the city centre of Montepulciano. Only a few steps for the main square . The room was cosy and clean. The only thing we were missing was air-conditioning, because it was so hot. Parking is available not far away from the hotel, but be prepared that streets are very narrow:) But definitely amazing place to stay in Montepulciano. Also, if you are wine lovers, we definitely recommend visiting wine tasting in the De'Ricci cantine. For 25 euros a person you get an amazing tour in old wine cellars + 6 samples of wines. Winery is like 2 minutes fm accommodation.
