Very quiet and clean

Located just outside of the downtown center of Montepulciano. The host was wonderful. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and spotless. We will visit again in the future. Nothing

Good breakfast, exceptionally espresso, great host.

The room and private bath are excellent. We had a choice of balcony view of Montepulciano city or the countryside. Check in is easy. Be sure to communicate regularly with the host to ensure a smooth arrival. Although the guesthouse is only 1.5km from the city, it is not recommended to walk as the first 1.0 km is rural without pedestrian walkway. Views from the balconies are superior and the rooms quiet and relaxing.

It’s very cute and the receptionist was very nice to us. We were looking for a cosy spot to spend the night and the Il Girasole was exactly that. There were a few bugs around the walls of the bedroom but nothing extraordinary for a country B&B. If you are a person that are bothered by that, this might not be the place. But for me it didn’t bother. I took them out of the bedroom and slept well.

It’s a charming villa with very comfortable rooms. The view from our room was amazing towards the town at the hill. Even it was rainy day we spent excellent time thanks to the advices of our kind host. The place is 3 minutes away by car from the first parking lot of the town P7. From there you can easily reach the hysterical centre. Also the breakfast is very nice - make sure you won’t miss it. Highly recommend!

The place of the property is very convenient (very close to town). The room is quite big, place is very traditional and nice.

The breakfast is very good room as are big and bathrooms are very comfortable. Team is very friendly and rooms have nice view.

Our hostess, Nadia, was warm, welcoming, informative and charming. We loved our location in the middle of the olive trees and a view of the city.

Not much to complain about. If anything, maybe have the option to eat breakfast outside.

The house is at the foot of Montepulciano and with a great view of the city . It is convenient if you have a car, because the city has an old center and a zone with car restrictions. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is not homemade, but there is a choice and it is very good and tasty with local salami and cheese. The hostess was very kind. It's not a problem that there are no air conditioners, but there should be mosquito nets on the windows for ventilation. There is no soap in the bathrooms, only small packets with shampoo.

Great location near Montepulciano, house n the olive garden, warm welcome I was not bothered by this, but I understand it may be a problem for someone - The size of the room is for shorter stays (no couch), and breakfast- you choose on the day before. Menu is wide and you can choose as many as you want, but it's not a buffet (which is completely understandable with this small and cozy space)
