Il Palazzetto

Excellent location for our visit to Montepulciano. In the middle of a busy vibrant street with cafes and restaurants readily available.

Very nice 2 room suite in a great location. Spacious living room area to relax with company. Our host was extremely responsive and provided excellent restaurant options. No car access requiring suitcases to be transported quite a long distance from the closest car park.

The suite was very spacious and nicely furnished in a fantastic old building with all modern amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern, clean and spacious. They have a mini-fridge with complimentary water, and a tea pot with different complimentary teas. The manager was very nice and helpful: he gave us goof info on restaurants and what to visit. I suggest they include more towels in the bathroom. And maybe they could have a choice of hard and soft pillows, rather than just having soft ones. Other than that, I have no other suggestions for improvement.

Location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars, walkable and very friendly. the room was so spacious and clean, bathroom was stunning. there was water in the mini fridge for us and wine if we wanted to purchase it, locate vineyards. if you have heavy luggage by prepared to carry it us a few flights of stairs.

Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Great location, very clean.

Great location and size of suite. Appreciated the use of the washer. Lots of stairs but still adorable.

Parking is a little tricky, but available. I never did figure out what was free and what I had to pay for, so we just used the public c lot. Also, we never found a spot that was 10€ for 24 hours, just an hourly rate.

Perfect location, the property is located right on one of the main streets.Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Host gave great restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again.

This was our fourth stay at Il Palazzetto. Large space with bedroom and living area, right in Montepulciano with close parking.

The room had a bedroom area, a lounge area, and a bathroom. Great sized bathroom for european hotel. Bed was comfy, and room had a mechanical skylight. A/C worked extremely well for the time we were there (during a heat wave). The location was perfect, and a fairly easy walk from the parking area (though everything in Montepulciano is up and down). The owner was great, providing ideas on where to go and how to get around. Breakfast was down the block at a very popular cafe, and consisted of a croissant and coffee. All in all, a great place to stay.

We liked everything!

The flat is large and well appointed with modern comfort in a cool ancient building. Federico is readily available and extremely helpful and resourceful, a good guy. Great location close to everything. We would come back here anytime. We had no complaints. My only caveat is that there are steps if that is an issue for someone.

Perfect location! Beautiful accommodations in a fairytale setting. Light breakfast provided in a lovely restaurant just across the street.

Good value. We loved our stay in Montepulciano

We rented 3 rooms for the eastern holyday. Location was great and the host was really nice. We had a very good communication, with all the information need it to arrive at the location. Every room is like a small appartment, very spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast (coffee, a croissant and a juice) in a nearby nice coffee shop. We recommend for a vacation. One of the rooms had a really small bathroom, but it was not a problem. Also the shower gel and the shampoo were not enough for two persons.

The apartment was wonderful, clean and in a perfect location for exploring and proximity to the parking area. Everything was well stocked, and and the apartment was very spacious. Federico our host was attentive, pleasant and a extremely helpful. This was the best apartment we have rented in all of Italy. Nothing to improve upon.

Great location, huge room with living room, super clean and very friendly owner. Bed and matress not the best ! Otherwise perfect, would have stayed longer .
