Small property, great location. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, staff was great. A nice affordable place to stay while you visit Monterey.

Absolutely perfect cozy little spot

Everything was nice

Clean, quiet, okay for staying overnight while traveling.

Our only complaint is the shower pressure is too low and the shower was very slippery. We just put a towel down and no more issue. The rooms are quiet and the air conditioner worked great and was not loud like others said. They were very clean and the room cleaners were amazing. It is very cute, plenty of parking and safe. The office people were very nice. Grandma's kitchen was right across the street and worth it. I will be back.

Room was fine and clean. Wi-Fi was weak. Location not the greatest.

Have been staying here for years. Unable to get kitchenette but our room had mini fridge with mini freezer & microwave which was fine. Staff always great. Aside from a loose toilet seat (which we reported to staff) room was clean & comfy.

Simple and clean. The only issue is no closet
-
Clean room, staff is very friendly and helpful, good location, near to the airport.

Breakfast and laundry facilities would be a bonus. (There is a laundromat nearby but it closed at 7 pm) We would definitely stay here again!

I loved the atmosphere here because it felt safe and well-kept. The staff was very good and welcoming. I enjoyed not having an extra fee for parking as well.

Met every expectation. Had everything for a quick get-away hotel stay. Great location for our purpose and perfectly situated between Carmel, Monterey and Seaside. Our soap dispenser didn't work but everything else was great.

Not usually the type of property we stay at, but was the only conveniently located property for the Monterey Car Week we were in town for being offered for less than $800 a night. Due to the event, the room still cost us as much as what a 5 star hotel would back in Chicago. My son and I were pleasantly surprised to find a recently renovated room with a comfortable bed, large bathroom with enclosed showered, and a fridge. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful when I needed to request an iron.
