Clean and nice, great spot

Round tripped up to the Big Sur from San Diego and ideally needed a pet friendly spot to stay at for a night. They had 3 small areas for pets which was very nice. Room was a lot bigger then i thought it was going to be!

The Pacific Inn had very clean rooms. Very close to the airport.

Tired property. Bad location right on N Fremont St so expect a lot of road noise. There are ear plugs in the bathroom so that should be a tell. The Wifi was useless. Kept getting kicked off the Wifi. Never worked, not even for 5 minutes. Several nights the housekeeping staff did not clean my room. Towels are paper thin as is the bedding. Very budget facility but I paid through the nose because it was Car Week - almost $700 a night for what is maybe a $50/night budget motel by the Interstate any other time of year. Avoid unless you're desperate.

My second stay at this property and I was welcomed very politely. My room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for my needs with easy access to golf courses and restaurants. I will be staying here again.

I loved the fact that it had a dog park! I also loved the ability to check in late or early! Staff was friendly and very responses. We had no complications during our stay and definitely plan to return

There were visible repairs that needed to be addressed. One being the hole in the bathroom door that was covered with a laminated piece of paper. The shower drain was extremely slow. There was loose random hairs on the wall of the bathroom as well. The mattress were very firm and I had massive back and hip pain in the morning. Though I am grateful they accepted dogs we not be staying here again.

I usually stay at 5 star hotels but I booked here on short notice. I will ALWAYS stay at Pacific if I’m visiting. The manager and all staff were above and beyond. They furnished everything I needed. The room was spotless and kept that way during my 6 day stay. The place felt safe and cozy and had dog parks. The room had no carpet and it felt so clean. There was a little restaurant next to the hotel and they had the best food. Great way to start the day and their biscuits and gravy were so good. It’s called Grandma’s Kitchen. Great lunch and dinner and a lovely outdoor area that we could take our pup. Hotel is pet friendly also. Pacific is centralized to everywhere we wanted to go. I truly recommend staying here. It’s quaint and family friendly and I hugged the staff when we left. They made my stay perfect.

Clean room

fair price with a very clean room. not much service nor free breakfast provided. next to busy/noisy Fremont street, motel provide ear plugs no joking. I am ok but you are sensitive to mid night car noise then this may not be your motel choice. Anyway it seems no vacancy very fast. next door breakfast restaurant is okay but pricy with more than four people even it has 8 person big table.

The property was clean and easy to access from the main roads. Excellent motel Some surrounding areas are a bit dicey
