The location was good, parking garage felt safe and lit up. Restaurant food was good and hotel was clean. Staff was nice and spoke English

The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible with my change of plans. Your location is unbeatable, as the business I was visiting is half a block away. The fact that you have your own restaurat/bar *and* other options onsite is very convenient. Thank you. The shower overflows to the sink area. The static glass pane needs to be sealed to the floor. The heater was a little too strong for my taste, but that is subjective.

Location The parking lot should be better illuminated. Even though it’s a shared building, the hotel should prioritize its guests’ safety. Better lighting needs to be installed, as the crossing from the parking lot to the hotel entrance becomes dangerous with cars passing by as if no one is walking. This also reflects the poor pedestrian culture in Mexico, where cars often take precedence over people. Improving the lighting could help prevent an accident.
