Nothing The room wasn’t very clean. The door didn’t lock properly when we arrived the door was open we have reserve for three people and room was only fix for two. Have to go down to the front desk to pick up towels. The next morning the safe didn’t work and was told there a nothing they can do to fix it. The hair dryer didn’t work. Sadly the front desk was not helpful.

At check out the young man was very nice. Lets start with check in, waited for 10 minutes or more until i had to ask if anyone was working the front desk as they all just walked around totally ignoring me and my children at the desk. The check in person was a bit rude...my room was not ready it was 4pm check in could have been done at 3pm then the room services calls and tates nevermind its ready. The ac didn't work quiet as well, we skipped breakfast the first night but the 2nd morning we attended and arrived around 9am mind you it ends at 10am. The amount of people in one tiny room was ridiculous. There was no plates, bowls for cereal, cups for coffee. No plates was ok because there was no food either, as soon as the kitchen staff would bring out people were using their same plates running up and reserving. I witnessed a kitchen staff bringing out hotcakes and a guest just put his entire hand in and took about 5 before she could set it out, she did not say a thing. Went to the front desk to see if they would be bring plates and the head kitchen staff came up as well and heard me stating ma'am we know all of this and we are too busy at this time in a rude tone stating everything is coming. By the time they had plates it was 10minutes until 10am, I asked a server if they could bring out fresh fruit as there was only small pieces and flies around he said no, it 10am and we are closed. Bottom line is i understand that with the hotel being at capacity additional staff should have been on-site to assist. Guest behavior is not the hotels fault but their own attitude and tone was not ok. This was our first time staying at this location, we have stayed several times at the Comfort Inn north and have NEVER had this issue of staff, hospitality breakfast its always been a pleasant stay, after this experience...we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Nada La peor experiencia.
