The hotel lobby and restaurant are fantastic and modern. The room was disappointing as we were on the 5th floor and looked out onto a very grubby ledge - I suggest fake plants or something that will make it more pleasant to look out onto. The under curtains were dirty, coffee machine did not work and the towels in the bathroom were old, grey and shocking! But we complained and our room was changed to one on a higher floor which was much much better, and we appreciated that. The gym was also great! Angel at reception was fantastic and very very helpful and kind. Thank you for your outstanding service! Please, the towels all need to be changed! They are really not of the standard fit for this hotel. That was disappointing. The under curtains are dirty and need to be cleaned. Don't accept a room on the 5th floor, choose higher room as the 5th floor rooms that don't have a city view, look onto a very grubby ledge.

The staff, rooms, amenities, everything was really nice. Having the mall right there is nice for quick needs to. It was central to most of the restaurants we went to and close enough to the stadium to make the World Cup visit very convenient. Views of the mountains around from the pool is dope too! The downstairs lobby you come up in was extremely humid.

The front desk team and bellmen were so kind and helpful. The room was perfect and location is amazing. The restaurant waiters need more training to anticipate needs. They offered coffee and brought it and didn’t bring the cream and sugar even after asking. We had to remind them and then they would just stand there even after calling them over for help. When the plates were brought out, he handed them to me instead of placing it where it needed to be. We also needed refills but had to ask. Again, standing around and not taking the initiative. I’m not sure if they were new but definitely more training is needed for great customer service. We were shocked.

Comfortable and clean room, nice area of the city. Room service and kitchen served us a nice meal. Check in was cold, staff didnt help us with luggage or greet us warmly when we arrived. Restaurant did not have multiple dishes on their menu. Only one bathrobe in the room.

The aspects that I/we enjoyed are the friendliness of the staff and the 24 hrs. Room service. The room is nice, including the city view. We have yet to try the Concierge lounge, but we look forward to that amenity. Next time we are going to reserve directly with your staff. We look forward to better rates, as we were advised. I don't have any issues or complaints at this time. If I had to mention an issue, it's the WiFi and the low 720 mp transmission of the television in the Jr. Suite. I wish there would be a higher resolution and better quality WIFI.
