Uneven : towel service, no robes, room service was on time but not always what we ordered.

The JW Marriott is a new and stylish hotel, with a great location, many restaurants close by. Rooms are spacy and clean. Amenities, Mini Bar (completely empty!) and Room service process is rather 1 star than 5 stars (what you pay for…).

Very greasy food. Waiters making mistakes every time on bill. Housekeeping terrible! Would knock when Do Not Disturb sign in Spanish was on the door. Could not provide a bottle opener, had to call down every time! Needed scissors to wrap Christmas gifts, I was told I needed to go down and retrieve the scissors, could not be brought to room. Zero logic! The sheets on bed with comforter in middle was very uncomfortable. Personnel were not nice with the fact I had a service dog. Very low intelligence.
