The property is clean, and close to plenty restaurants and stores.

The location and the View is amazing, the accessibility. and personal is really friendly. we got no issue at all with hotel amenities and the support provided at arrival we got no service to inform us about anything.. the Bellboy never show up.. only after I came in to confirm reservation and talk with the front desk they offer to support but at that point was useless.. nobody is there welcoming or inviting the guest to comin.. no security, no one shows up to let us in..

NH Connections Hotel is located in a great spot, adjacent to a premier mall that includes El Palacio de Hierro, one of the most exclusive fashion stores in Mexico. Also, the hotel personnel at NH Connections in Monterrey/San Pedro are very helpful and attentive to the guests' interests, questions, and requests for assistance and information. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very complete and varied for someone who prefers a rich, filling breakfast. The hotel bar has a good selection of wines and beers, and its bartenders are ready to prepare good mixed drinks for you. Last, but not least, if one needs a taxi to go somewhere in the city or to the Monterrey airport, there is always a good option: use the hotel's taxi units, which are usually parked just outside. The taxis are safe, their drivers are friendly, and the service prices are very reasonable. Nothing I could think of.
