Location Everything looked and feel neglected, bath/shower very a high slip risk. WC, and rest of the amenities in poor to none maintained. Big disappointment.

There was no Internet in my room and the Bluetooth speaker didn’t work, I reported it but apparently but even though they restarted de modem, the internet didn’t connect and I need to work on the roof at night.

The view from rooms and location is good. Dark ambiance , I hate the breakfast , They literally charge for everything even if you order egg in breakfast. Never book the double bed room as the room is very small, There is no proper lobby to sit and just two stupid wooden couches.

Feels like a sex hotel for wealthy locals. Pool is never in service. Hotel is not clean. The personal is rude and entitled. Food is bad. Service is terrible. Too expensive for what it offers. The view is great but I’ll recommend you to visit without staying as a guest. This hotel acts as if they were doing you a favor to stay there.

building architecture is the reason why we booked the hotel. But the service and operation is not up to standard. Food is bad, shower doesn’t work properly. You get charged €10 for a bottle of water that you hardly drank from because you thought it was included in the breakfast buffet. The coffee machines in the hallway don’t work. The coffee at breakfast is undrinkable. The rooms that face the side of the mall are horrible. Horrible staff and customer service. Particularly the receptionist and room service lady. I also booked through booking.com because their website doesn’t function properly. When you make a reservation you never receive a confirmation email. They also never pick up the phone when you call.

Good location. The breakfast/restaurant was really nice. Needs maintenance. The rooms are worn and need to be updated. Also the lack of WiFi in the room was really annoying.

In the heart of San Pedro Garza and inside of nice shopping mall with good restaurants. Continental Breakfast. It used to be the place to stay in MTY, but it needs full renovation work and it is aging. It glorious time past. Also, improving the check-in process took us almost 45 min to get to our room in the afternoon!

The room had a fantastic view of 'La M', If i woke up to find it was a nice day i'd go up to the pool and have a quiet coffee there while getting some fantastic shots of the mountains. I found the majority of receptionists to be a little unemotional and indifferent, they were nice once effort was made toward them however. And i'm really surprised the hotel doesn't make more use of the pool floor, its a great set up with incredible views, I much preferred having morning coffees up there rather than the restaurant.
