Quite The room was quite disappointing. It was not very clean, the furniture was old and worn out, and the bed linen had hair on it. The window could not be opened, which made the room feel stuffy. If you only need a place to sleep for one night, it might be acceptable. However, this is definitely not a place where you can relax, enjoy your stay, or feel comfortable.

The staff is amazing and the location is great Some parts of the hotel felt a bit outdated or forgotten. The gym needs maintenance and an upgrade. Several of the fire extinguishers cases were damage and they look bad when you walk the hallway. Some parts of the floor in my room looked dirty

Location, easy to access, it’s a small hotel, it was empty. I can’t classify a hotel as 4 stars when they decide to have their breakfast service by a third party… there is no sense, breakfast was poor, ridiculous. I can’t be more surprised, once I got my check in, I received a 3 days vouchers for breakfast, once I went there in the first day. I received(one glass of juice, bad one), a plate of fruit, and an egg, no flavor, i ask for bacon and cheese, but they prefer “Ramon”, It was needed to ask more than once for cheese and bacon, but was bad, comes with chilli and “Mexican tortillas”, no bread, no other options, and don’t ask more, and don’t complain. In summary, room there no window, no views, plugs doesn’t work. Yes. I was trying 5/6 plugs to find 1 or 2. Bad experience

The location is perfect, the room is confortable, everything was clean. The bathroom had problem with the toilet lid, the shower spray was weak and scattered, and the bathtub is very slippery.
