Les pedi ayuda para facturar mi estancia y dure semanas sin que me dieran respuesta. El hotel le pasa la responsabilidad a Booking y Booking al hotel, entonces no nunca recibi mi factura.

Nos enfermamos más de 20 gentes de diferentes familias que nada teníamos que ver ninguna con otra, tampoco fuimos al mismo evento o restaurante juntos . Todos con mucha diarrea y vómito lo reportamos con el gerente junto con otra familia y lo primero que decía es que nadie les había reportado antes. Se los dijimos más para ayudar pero siempre salían con una evasiva para no atender el reclamo. Así no van a mejorar.

The location wasn't too bad but its not very pedestrian friendly. Loved that there is a laundry machine in the hotel, which is a nice bonus for those who are staying long term. I am not sure if its Monterrey or Mexico or the hotel. My friends and I got food poisoning and I am not entirely sure if its the water or the environment so we were bedridden for 2 days.
