The outside yard can use more lights at night

The room had everything I needed. The location was great, not in the noisy central areas but a short pleasant walk from them. The staff was fantastic. There was no elevator so the room was pretty far up the stairs. This was a little difficult with my bags but overall everything was great.

Location and rooms are perfect.

Excellent location, decent price, fine comfort. A fine place to stay overnight before a meeting downtown or at university. Latest arrival time 8 PM and a procedure for a later arrival (not tested): not a problem but always a bit of a concern. Staff was waiting longer than needed and more than helpful to accommodate for a close-to-late arrival.

The Hotel Acapulco exceeded my expectations. The hotel is somewhat older, but for me that is a positive as this added atmosphere and character for a unique stay. The rooms are large and I was fortunate to enjoy a view of the garden from my balcony. The location is great, near the university quarter and a short walk from the cathedral. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be sure my needs were met. Breakfast was very good and well worth the money. Everything was very fine.

Disappointing

Good location, good price and friendly staff. Location is good for the money about 10-15 minutes walk from the center with good bus and tram connections. Room was clean A bit tired but for the price and location i think its very reasonable

Superb

The pleasant and helpful hostess clued us in to a nearby stadium and adjacent bus stop. It's an older but well-maintained hotel in a residential neighborhood, a bit out of the center but an easy walk from nearly everything. With a second floor room and heavy luggage, an elevator would have been welcome.

Receptionists are very kind and helpful. location is very good. convenient place to walk for attractions and public transportation. nearby bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. -

The location was perfect to explore Montpelier, just a 15 minute walk to the centre.The Tram was only a five minute walk. The hotel is very rustic with a lot of charm. The breakfast was very basic but good quality. There are no lifts so having to carry luggage up two flights of steep stairs was a challenge. The rooms could do with being updated. It was 3euro for a small bottle of water. There was no drink making facilities in the room, the nearest cafe was an 8 minute walk.
