Perfect location - so pretty and you are right the beautiful heart of town Parking was a bit tricky because we had a jeep -

The location was very central to all sites. The building itself is historic and interesting. The patrons of the hotel should have coffee and tea, of sufficient quality, available in the lounge. The vast majority of hotels at this price point offer complimentary beverages in their lounges.

Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room.

Lovely room overlooking a type of small quiet miniature plaza. Room was really good, with a large bathroom. Great breakfast. Not buffet but served to you, with delicious croissants and coffee or tea, etc. It's also located in an historic part of the old city, within walking distance of the major attractions, like St. Pierre and the old medical college. And the wonderful woman-owner who was helpful with everything. Can't think of anything.

Central location. Friendly staff, discount on parking, homely feeling with a lovely cat. Beds were a bit soft and the room felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was a bit sober for €12 per head. It could have done with a bit of fresh fruit and an egg or omelette

I did not partake of breakfast. The location of Hotel du Palais is excellent. There was nothing I did not like. My experience was excellent.

I traveled with my daughter to Montpellier. Beautifully designed hotel in a historical district. We walked everywhere. The mini breakfast was great and you could also choose a larger one. The staff was excellent and kind. The room was on the smaller side but we fit. The ÀC although not needed every night worked excellent and quiet. We loved Montpellier and would recommend staying here. The hotel also has a cat which was a plus for us. Everything was perfect.

The staff was exceptional! The room was small but very cute and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler. The hotel has a terrace where most guests eat breakfast and enjoy wine in the afternoon. The hotel is also in a great location - you can easily walk to the busier part of Montpellier but this street is a little quieter. It’s also right by the Arc de Triomphe! I will absolutely stay here again next time I visit.

Very tiny bathroom

Great location, great and modern unit, specially for just a couple. Fully furnished with great amenities. Washer, dryer, cooktop, dishwasher, everything worked fine. Excellent showers. The room is in a building under construction, with materials and dust all over. The unit is in the first floor on top of a long staircase. Second bedroom window faces the kitchen. They are still completing the unit: reading lights didn't work, closets didn't close etc. Needs trimming. It will be great once everything is completed.

Nice breakfast. Loved having tea outside in the afternoon. Nice teas and pastries.

Location was perfect for exploring Montpellier. Staff was very friendly, room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! The room color was very dark, so the natural light was necessary.
