Location

Great location in the middle of the city, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Breakfast on the beautiful hotel terrace was a highlight. The parking isn’t on site, and is a ‘reduced rate’ of €14 a day

Honestly, nothing. I was basically counting the days until checkout. The extremely hard mattress certainly didn’t help — every night was a reminder of how many days I still had left. Terrible value for money. Very expensive for what you actually get. If you’re arriving with luggage, congratulations: your stay begins with a complimentary workout. The hotel is not accessible by car, so you get the pleasure of dragging your suitcases through the beautiful old cobblestone streets of Montpellier. Very charming for sightseeing, slightly less charming when pulling 20+ kg of luggage behind you. By the time you reach the hotel, you and the wheels of your suitcase will have experienced the historic centre very intimately. Don’t expect much help with the luggage either — apparently everyone is far too busy for that particular luxury. Then comes the grand finale: an incredibly hard mattress. Exactly what your back needs after hauling luggage across the old city. I unfortunately booked this hotel in a rush. My mistake. At this price point, I expected considerably more comfort and service. The location may have historic charm, but the value for money certainly belongs to another era.

It’s in a beautiful old building and the parking is close by and not too expensive. The location is great. The rooms are nice. Our room could have been a bit cleaner, the floor had a lot if hairs and crumbs on it. Other than that it was clean

Loved the breakfast terrace. Location - close to subsidised car parking, very good restaurants and bars and the old town of Montpellier Spacious room - executive double No milk supplied for in room coffee …. But then again we didn’t enquire

The hotel is very well situated next to a square full of cafes and restaurants and in walking distance from the train station. If you need to take the tram, there are stops nearby. The room itself was spacious enough and I had a wonderful view of the cathedral. The staff was helpful. It was perfect for a short stay.

We had a pleasant two-night stay. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Montpellier’s historic centre, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a good base for our stay. The rooms are a little small and the hotel feels slightly dated in some areas, but everything was clean and well maintained.

The location was great! Walking distance to all the historical attractions of Montpellier. The room was clean and new. The staff were nice and kind. The breakfast area was a bit tight in space. The hotel was being renovated so there was a little bit of construction going on which we were informed of beforehand.
