Everything was exceptional - the staff, the room, the food I have a few things that would like to share that I think suit a luxury hotel like this 1st there was a really bad smell from the kitchen in front of the elevators 2nd I really missed some bath accessories. For example, we had gorgeous bath tub, but no bath foam or bath bombs for it - it would be really good if you add them, also no bidet and no intimate wash. A five star luxury hotel for this price I think should have them And the third thing is the mini bar - totally overprised items, we travel a lot and would like to stay at very fancy hotels, never seen prices like these, and also no wine. Which was so disappointing- no wine in the mini bar of a French hotel - was really surprised Thast it, everything else was excellent

The staff were outstanding. The restaurant food was of such a high standard and the service from all the staff on the F&B front was both friendly and professional, the kind of experience that makes you want to go back. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels I’ve the course of my life having worked in the industry. The quirkiness of the hotel has been bought infinity feel of the hotel so well it’s almost created a culture amongst the team. Perhaps that’s why they are all so good at their jobs.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and you can rent a car at a paid parking My husband and I stayed in an executive suite, it's the most expensive. Nowhere did it say that the room has 2 stairs, you need to go down 2 stairs to reach the toilet. There was no bathroom in the room, the outlet in the bathroom did not work, there was no hot water in the shower in the evening, all the windows of the room overlook the restaurant inside, so it is impossible to sleep until the restaurant closes.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From beginning to end, the staff could not have been more kind and our stay at this hotel made our trip amazing!!!
