Very nice hotel in the best part of the city - walking distance to all landmark locations. Comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again!

Location was terrific, staff gave a really warm welcome on arrival with lots of local tips. The lobby, garden and pool are really cute. Montpellier is a beautiful city and unexpected gem! I was staying in a room with a friend and the shower room wall is frosted glass facing out to the bedroom. Lacked a bit of privacy but not an issue for us - just to consider for others.

Well located, clean, comfortable and climatized. The gym: very basic and small.

Very nice decor, accommodations and great staff Bathroom toiletry items could have been better. There was only a combo shower gel /shampoo in the shower, which was harsh on my hair and no conditioner and I had to find a pharmacy to purchase my own. These things are very inexpensive and I really appreciate them as would most women staying in a hotel of this quality.

Location and friendly staff. Waited in the bar for a drink for over 25 minutes. Gave up.

Very clean and comfortable rooms The “gym” has no weights or lifting equipment. It is just a room with cardio machines (treadmill, bike, rower)

Our room was very spacious and had a number of windows with views. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but not exceptional.

Close to center of city. Has a couples massage and it was pretty good! Nice steam room too! Charming interior. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Expensive

Staffs attention and location A bit worn out but function still okay

It was clean. Relatively modern. Nice location. 1. The hotel is super hard to find. We spent 1 hour looking for it and probably drove around the whole town. We used Waze as instructed. 2. Though no fault of the hotel, when we got there, there were like 100 drunk men. Wife felt a bit uncomfortable. They had dinner in a hall and then just hung about the place. 3. We couldn’t get any sleep due to the street noise. Drunk people singing, motorbikes rev-ing thru the alley, garbage trucks smashing at 3-4am.

The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were large and airy, and the staff were terrific. The internet connection was very spotty and quite slow.

My room only has the plastic cups, it is hard to make the tea or coffee but I can get it from breakfast room.

Short walk from the main station and prime location just off Place de Comedie. Staff always very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very nicely presented, modern and clean. We always stay here when in Montpellier.

Great breakfast. Helpful staf. I wouldn’t even say it was something I didn’t like, but I would have liked it more if there had been a small fridg in the room.

Staff was very accommodating, room was clean and spacious, and amenities were generous.

We had a comfortable and spacious room, and the location is excellent—right in the center of town. The staff were very kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank Quentin, who provided invaluable help guiding our car into the garage. It would have been almost impossible without his kind assistance. Only paper cups. WIFI was not good, however the staff very kindly offered us the solution. Thermostat has a problem.
