Our room was larger than I expected. The breakfast was excellent. The location between old Montreal and St. Catharines Street is a perfect location for us. Very close to Metro station. All was good, I didn't have any issues with anything regarding our stay at Embassy Suites

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed was very well made and comfortable. We loved the bathroom towels, and the soap was incredible. I even looked for it on the internet. We felt hot during the night. We tried to lower the temperature using the thermostat several times but were unsuccessful. We didn't expect to have such a big kitchen, and it wasn't useful to us. If I had a smaller room with a lower price, I would go back more times.

The breakfast was very good but crowded The hotel could have had a 3rd elevator for guests. The shower in one room did not have a lip to keep water from overflowing the drain pan.

Staff working hard to make up dor system failure We were there during a (global?) system outage and it took very long to check in. The staff were heroic as they had to work without their apps and did everything by phone and paper.

Excellent location! The hotel is conveniently situated close to the convention center and the charming Old Town of Montreal. You can easily walk to most attractions, business venues, and cultural spots. One of the highlights of staying here is the neighborhood’s delicious bagels—some of the best in the city are just around the corner. This area perfectly combines convenience with local flavor, making it an ideal choice for both work and leisure trips. The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy, but we turned it off when we went to sleep, so it didn’t affect our rest. Overall, it wasn’t really a problem and didn’t impact our experience during the stay.
