The room was small but very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing, the staff and food were excellent. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The room was small.

The location and restaurant/bar staff We repeatedly reported the faulty spa bath in our room but nothing was done for the entirety of our stay. This meant we could only use the bath once per day and then wait until someone let the water out. Not ok. We repeated our dissatisfaction at check out and honestly the staff couldn’t have cared less

Great location, with lots of space in the room. Everything was very clean, and the bathroom was lovely. We expected the room to be similar to the ones shown in the pictures on Booking.com. However, the furniture in our room was very old and did not match our expectations. It was also difficult to find convenient power outlets near the bed to charge our phones.

We return here every year. There are many pluses here. The location is ideal. The staff have consistently been friendly and accommodating. Parking is available and they have a lovely restaurant and a wonderful rooftop bar. My only complaint was they tell you the beds are queen but they definitely are not. They are full size which is not what I expect or thought I was paying for. I also wish the rooms were a bit roomier, but those issues aside, I am confident we will look forward to future stays.

Breakfast was good but service took too long. 8:00 am is breakfast time and should not be so long more staff was needed and they only came at 9. Slow service Nespresso machine in the room didn’t work!! We wanted morning coffee before having breakfast downstairs where we still hd to wait 15 min for coffee
