The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of the Montreal Congress Palace and Notre Dame. It is next to Chinatown, which has a great selection of Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants to choose from. While it is located in a busy area, my room was quiet. Staff were very helpful and assisted me with choosing the right tours. The elevators were very busy and reception is located on the second floor, so the elevators usually stopped there on the way up from the first floor or down from the upper floors.

体验极差。 (1) The front desk's billing practices are highly irregular. I was overcharged for one extra night's stay. Despite eight email exchanges, the hotel has refused to refund the overcharge and has failed to conduct any proper investigation. Their replies have been robotic, merely stating that a refund would be issued—yet to this day, 25 days after I returned to my home country, no refund has been processed. My credit card bank has clearly informed me that the overcharged amount can only be returned if the hotel initiates the refund process. (2) The pre-authorization procedures are equally irregular. For a 7-night stay, the hotel placed a total of 5 pre-authorization holds on my card. Among these, one was the normal charge for the full 7 nights, one was an additional charge for one extra night (the overcharge mentioned above), and the remaining 3 pre-authorization holds were not released upon my checkout. They were only automatically released after the standard 30-day period had passed. (3) Overall, I feel that every aspect of this hotel's operations is highly irregular and irresponsible. Staff seem focused on overcharging guests while making no effort to return money that is rightfully owed. No one has stepped forward to address my financial loss. As of today, 25 days after my return, there is still no sign of the overcharge being refunded, and no one is taking responsibility for my losses.

The location is near train station Water temperature keeps changing while taking a shower. It's too cold or too hot

Location, just next to metro station and Chinatown (with plenty of restaurants and shops). Very friendly and responsive staff. The fish pond on the reception/restaurant floor was very much enjoyed by my daughter and other children. Facilities were good but a bit old, it needs some renovation.

I didn’t like the location very much. The carpets of the room weren’t cleaned. The bathroom got clogged. Also the elevators weren’t working properly.
