Good location and facilities. Service was OK, staff had a lot to do in a busy hotel, they were all friendly and polite. Room not ready at check-in time, issues with room being made up (no towels twice). WiFi down for a day and restaurant/bar closed as a result.

The wifi did not work for the days we were there and it caused me a lot of trouble since it was very important for me to be able to work from the hotel. it was promised to be fixed immediately but nothing was done.

Great location, available parking, lovely rooftop pool and lounge area, nice breakfast option in morning. Noise from the 6th floor restaurant/bar was way too loud and heard throughout 5th floor rooms, bringing that volume down would be appreciated for guests stays.

Location and rooftop terrace were nice. Although the hot tub and pool were crowded. Many kids. Breakfast was less than mediocre and way too busy and loud. I found the highway loud - I could hear it in my room. When I chose the room online, I was led to believe parking was included. It was not. For a solo traveller I spent 1000$ for a two night stay in Montreal. Not affordable for one person, and not great value for the price.
