Good location! Beautiful and clean hotel. It’s good to have breakfast (croissants are delicious)! the bed is old, the wifi is weak, the tv is not connecting to wifi all the time

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with beautiful artworks throughout. The room was so roomy with a huge bathroom and plenty of room to relax. Valet parking and continental breakfast.

Next to the historical center

Nice big room with very nice bathroom. Within walking distance of old town attractions. Breakfast was very minimal and it was awkward getting your luggage up the steps when you arrive.

The modern art throughout the hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for visiting the Basilica (two blocks away) and Old Town. The beds sagged terribly - time for an upgrade to quality mattresses!

Great location in the heart of old Montreal. Good croissant and coffee breakfast. Rooms are spacious. And clean. Staff were friendly. Close to subway. Minor things - Air conditioning was not consistently on and parking fee felt excessive. Minimal counter space in bathroom for personal toiletry items.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location! Our King room was very spacious with a sitting area with a couch and 2 chairs and huge bathroon. All very clean. Loved the ambiance of the hotel and the spectacuar decor and art on the walls throughout the hotel added a special touch. We loved everything about this hotel!

Perfect location, plenty of restaurants and not too noisy. Large room with plenty of storage. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! The television should be raised a bit higher as the sofa blocked the view from the bed. Minor problem.

Great location and very comfortable bed Needs a little maintenance here and there. Attention to replacing coffee essentials such as sugar and something to stir my coffee with.

The uniqueness of the decor and the location. 1. The room photos are extremely misleading. The photos attached to my specific reservation turned out to be the Presidential King Suite (that room option was not even mentioned while booking). I even contacted the hotel before our trip toconfirm that the photos were accurate and was told that they were. When we arrived, it was clear we were given a different room. I immediately went to the front desk and was told we were given the wrong room. The employee said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing she could do. I emailed the manager and was told the same thing. She did offer a 10% refund which to me, was a weak gesture. 2. The "bar" is incredibly lacking. The options are minimal. 3. The free breakfast options were the same every day, coffee, orange juice, a crossaint, or a chocolate pastry. 4. While sitting in the bar area, a mouse ran out from under one of the sofas. 5. The sheets were so thin that during the first night, I turned over and my foot actually went through the sheet.

Great character and a perfect location. A more expanded breakfast would have been nice.

Breakfast could include fruit and yogurt and not just sweet rolls. Breakfast.
