Modern, clean, upscale, ,spacious, comfy beds. Minor issues -air conditioing system was not functioning when we arrived. A/C .system needed to be reset by staff. Coffee machine in room was not working.

the room smells like pet sanitizer, i had fluff all over my room from what must have been a dog toy. would not stay here again. the smell of the rooms, the bed was not comfortable and over the experience was blah

Nice windows, a lot of light. The location is really good: 3 blocks from downtown, 20 minutes walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants around The access to the parking lot is only available through a valet parking,

It was very clean and comfortable and always smelled fresh. Valet parking worked very well. The areas above and below it were rundown in places. The walk to the key sites was underwhelming and I would suggest walking a few minutes to the metro and using this to get to old town and the port etc

The room was very noisy. Lots of fire engines running from 11 pm to 4 am on a Sat. night. The shower door is designed so there is always water that leaks out. The hotel restaurant was not open and there was no ice at their bar so drinks were limited.

Great location, even though it was raining for our stay the surrounding area looked walkable and driving around looked cool. Two minor things needed maintenance in our room. The shower was making a very loud noise when the water was on. It didn’t make for a relaxing shower. The magnifying mirror light didn’t work.

The Location is great! The bedding does not smell like fresh laundry scent and the body soap and shampoo smell strong

The rooms and hotel were clean, most of the staff was wonderful and it was close to a bar hopping street Poor quality rooms and expensive breakfast that was not good, all was frozen food just warmed up for $30 a plate. Our AC wasn’t working and the fridges wouldn’t get cold. The street behind the hotel was filled with so many homeless people as well so not the safest location. Very expensive rooms with hidden prices not listed in this booking to not even have parking or breakfast included.
