Bed bugs in the room with no solution provided? literally crackheads entering the property during the nights, staff very young who is lost and alone during the night shift.

Room was central to city. Very clean, nice design . Couldn't stay more than one night, I would enjoy to visit again.

Rooms were well laid out and the tiny kitchen was great. Everything you would need. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water to shower. Could have used an elevator. We were packed for a cruise so lots of luggage up a couple flights of stairs. But it was not a deal breaker. Just a little tough with a bad knee.

Very good location. The homeless people frequently spitting and leaving litter at the entrance inside the hotel. Bad smell and impression at the entry.
