its location is ok 1, the chair was broken, i almost fall on floor and get injury; 2, toilet was clogged, flush water does not drain down; 3, A/C is very noisy;

Great location, walk to St Catharines street, china town, close to Metro, Desjardins Complex .etc. This in reality is a budget motel and not a hotel, contrary to its name. Fairly old inside and needing repair. But the unit itself is clean...hallway dim and lots of big stains everywhere.

The only good thing about this hotel was being able to bring my dog. There are no amenities at this hotel. They tell you there's parking at the hotel, but it's 2 blocks away with drug addicts that hang out outside of the parking lot. The shower wouldn't drain, there is no wifi, no coffee maker, no ice machine, the phone didn't work, and there was no view from my room. It was extremely overpriced - with Quebec's insane taxes it came to $400 a night. It is also not in a convenient location near stores or restaurants, you have to walk a bit to find anything. Charging $10 an hour for early check-in is also outrageous. I have stayed in better hotels in Montreal for less.

Parking included multiple in and out. They cheated by saying it's a double room. But it ws just a single room. Parking was cumbersome and unsafe to drive in. There's no breakfast and no cutleries. Microwave was in the laundry room.

Location is great and room was very nice. I have stayed there on a number of occasions. Staff were nice and helpful.

The property is well located within Montreal, easy access to the main locations. Staff was so friendly as well and very helpful. The property is rather dirty and sticky everywhere, especially the lobby and the bathroom.

4th time staying in the hotel. By far the worst experience. T.v. wasn't working,lamps not working,sink clogged,and I didn't get a coffee maker like other times. Cost me extra money because ii couldn't the baseball games.

Location Room service is once every 3 to 4 days. And once they do clean it, they dont do a good job at it. A lot of the furniture is broken. Even some electrical plug dont work. Staff is on the "keep it short" and barely smiling. I was disappointed.

The location The entire room as most of the things were not functioning properly. The flush wasn't working properly and the floor was wet.

Affordable, good location, nice staff. Not the nicest hotel. But decent value for the money. I had a spacious, but dated room. Fairly clean but not spotless.
