The position and the cleanliness of the room. The position was good to reach the center of the city and the quartier des spectacles but at night il can make a solo traveller feel unsafe

The staff is very friendly and polite, the room was clean, the air conditioner is very nice and not loud. We enjoyed our stay.

The free breakfast is a good service. The rooms are big. The cleanliness can be improved. Under the bed there was a receipt issued 3 months before my stay.

the staff was very accommodating. she provided everything we needed & requested—fresh towels, early check in, water bottles, flat iron and etc. highly recommended this place to everyone who needs to stay in montreal! nothing, my friends and i absolutely loved the place and how accommodating and friendly the staff is.

Booked last minute when my flight was delayed. The room was clean, utilitarian, and had great blackout windows which allowed me to sleep well. Staff was friendly and waiting at the front desk at my check-in time, though I believe the desk is not always manned as this is a smaller local property. Great stay!
