Great location, nice people, clean comfortable room, very nice continental breakfast with delicious croissants. It’s a bit pricey but all of Montreal is expensive. Nothing

Convenient location and good matraces in the bed. Wifi was ok but not sufficient for video calls. Breakfast was quite unhealthy with only sweet things. Those who like the toast and croissant for breakfast are fine. I would appreciate at least some cheese and vegetables. Lobby and floors were far too cold with too much AC.

We liked the location. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was fine. A/C in the room worked well. Housekeeping came on the second day. They did not sweep the floor. They did not replenish toilet paper or the bath mat. The bathroom sink was not cleaned. We asked for these items at the front desk and someone would drop them at the room. For the price of the room, we would not expect to chase staff to take care of things. The breakfast staff were not doing their jobs. Tables that guests left with dirty dishes were not cleaned. The floors looked like they were never swept. The window ledges were filthy with crumbs etc. One toaster was broken. The state of the breakfast area was horrible.

The hotel was in a great central location and was very clean. It was one of the more affordable options and I agree that it is a more “budget” hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and the toilet and shower size were impractical. It was liveable for a few days but I probably wouldn’t rebook. The bed was not comfortable either unfortunately.

The room was clean, not big, but ok. Staff was helpful. Location was good. The number of breakfast items were so low, only 5 (egg, food package, yogurt, croissants, and muffin). It must be improved.

Location is great We stayed three of us. The room was tiny. Two of the four beds were hung on the wall, you had to climb stairs, which was extremely inconvenient. The breakfast at the hotel was organized as vegetarian, because during the three breakfasts the only breakfasts were hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast was absolutely the same for only three days. On the last day, I didn't feel like eating anything.

Two staff members laughed at a guest who asked for toilet paper because there was none left in his room. This was a very disturbing and unprofessional experience.

Location was great! Very convenient to getting around, felt central to a bunch of neighbourhoods and attractions. Chinatown had a fair selection of late night restaurants etc just steps away. The place was clean, air con worked. Hot water was practically immediate which was awesome. Nice that they have a breakfast, but options are basic and unexceptional (no hot food really aside from like, toast). I found it serviceable and my partner considered it disappointing. Overall, would stay again! If staying solo would be quite comfortable. Parking is not included and expensive here, we ended up parking elsewhere (some nearby options worked fine for us, but best to research ahead of time). Room and bed felt smaller than anticipated, may have been the layout with slightly diagonal wall. Not too big a deal for us as we packed light, but if you had two full size suitcases it'd be a struggle I think. As mentioned, breakfast could have more options (no big deal though).
